WELP, THAT'S ENOUGH OF THAT

Summary of the LACK of integrity, honesty, and plain old responsibility that we call KINETIX MACON.

A good few months ago I signed and paid up front for a gym membership contract based on the stipulation that if I moved more than 25 miles away from KINETIX MACoN, the remaining months of membership would be REFUNDED.

I contacted the agency in charge of Kinetix billing, and followed their requirements for official cancellation of membership. They then told me to call KINETIX MACON to get my refund.

Call #1, left message and number
Call #2, asked to speak to MANAGER OF KINETIX Macon, he was "busy"
Call #3, MANAGER OF KINETIX Maconwas "with a client."
Call #4, left message and number, and was told the MANAGER OF KINETIX MACON would call me back
......
Call #20 (No joke) MANAGER OF KINETIX MACON was "at lunch"
Call #21 to KINETIX MACON WHO SCREWED ME, Left a message stating if the MANAGER OF KINETIX MACON did not return my call by the end of the week I would have to take further action

WELCOME TO PHASE TWO OF FURTHER ACTION

FUN FACTS!

1. KINETIX MACON has a D rating from the Better Business Bureau.
2. The manager is managing to avoid dealing with customers. (Isn't this his job?)
3. People should be warned before they sign up for a gym that appears clean, but is dirty underneath.
4. CROSSFIT MACON has some of the nicest, knowledgeable, HONEST, SINCERE, and passionate people to help ANYONE increase their fitness levels higher than they ever imagined.
5. UPDATED (Aug. 24)I received a call back from the billing agency yesterday, money coming my way! Thank g-d I'll never have to talk to Kinetix again!
